By downloading, installing, or using QuestED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

QuestED is an educational mobile application designed to help children learn spelling and reading through interactive games and activities.

QuestED is intended for children under the supervision of parents or guardians. Users under 13 require parental consent to use the app and make any purchases.

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Parental consent is required for all purchases
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual currency (diamonds, bits) has no real-world value

Users agree to:

• Use the app for educational purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Not share account information with others
• Respect intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of QuestED are owned by EchoED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

QuestED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our app.

Users can delete their account and all associated data by:

• Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)
• Contacting support at info@echoedkids.com
• Using the "Reset Game" option in settings

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
